Welcome to Wizad.ai! By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

Throughout this document, the following terms apply:

  • 'Service' refers to Wizad.ai and its features.
  • 'User' refers to anyone using Wizad.ai.
  • 'Subscription' refers to the paid plans available.

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and ensuring that all information provided is accurate.

Wizad.ai operates on a subscription-based, credit-enabled access model. Access to certain features requires an active subscription and/or the purchase of digital credits.

Credits are digital, non-monetary units that enable content generation within the platform. Credits:

  • Have no cash value
  • Are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or assigned

Wizad.ai reserves the right to determine, modify, suspend, or discontinue credit allocations, rollover policies, usage limits, pricing, or credit expiration rules at its sole discretion, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4.1 Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable App Store or Play Store policies.

All payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies of the relevant app marketplace. Wizad.ai is not responsible for delays, denials, or refund decisions made by such platforms.

Wizad.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to subscription benefits in the event of payment failure, chargeback, dispute, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Refunds & Chargebacks

In the event of a refund, chargeback, or payment reversal:

  • Wizad.ai may immediately revoke access to paid features;
  • Reset or remove credit balances;
  • Suspend or terminate the associated account.

Wizad.ai reserves all rights to prevent abuse of refund mechanisms.

4.3 Abuse & Misuse

Wizad.ai may monitor usage patterns to detect abuse, automated exploitation, excessive refund behavior, or attempts to circumvent system limitations.

The Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Adjust or remove credits;
  • Suspend or terminate accounts;
  • Restrict access to features;
  • Take legal action where appropriate.

4.4 Modification of Services

Wizad.ai reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription structures, credit mechanics, feature access, or service availability at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

Users must not engage in illegal activities, abuse the service, or infringe on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

All AI-generated designs, templates, and platform features are the property of Wizad.ai. Users retain ownership of the content they create using our platform but grant Wizad.ai a limited license to display and improve services.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, storage, and usage.

Our platform uses AI to generate designs. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet specific expectations or requirements.

Wizad.ai shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. In case of termination, users will lose access to their designs and subscription benefits.

Wizad.ai integrates with third-party services like Meta for ad posting. Users are responsible for managing their third-party accounts, and we do not take liability for their services.

Wizad.ai reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
